Gas Safety

A Landlords Gas Safety certificate is a legal requirement by law that landlords must have all gas appliances checked annually by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

We work with landlords, letting agents and property management companies protecting tenants from deadly monoxide poisoning.
To complete a gas safety certificate all appliances and flues must be serviced and safety tested, visually inspecting all gas pipework and fittings.

A test is also carried out on the gas meter test point to ensure all gas pipework and appliances are gas tight. Upon completion a Gas Safety Certificate is issued to all parties.

Maintenance and Repair

We work with landlords and rental agencies to provide first rate heating and plumbing maintenance services for properties and their tenants. We can promptly visit, assess and repair central heating problems, boiler breakdowns and plumbing emergencies
